How much does an inground pool cost?

An inground pool can range anywhere from $40,000 to well over $100,000. Variables such as size, depth, custom entry systems and benches, and water features can cause prices to rise very quickly.

What is included in a pool quote?

Every company has a pool package unique to their company. In addition to our pool package, we include excavation costs, electrical expenses, and a concrete patio surrounding the pool.

How long does it take to build an inground pool?

Inground pools can take anywhere from three to twelve weeks. Some high-end pools may take even longer. Mid-project change orders, product accessibility, time of year, and subcontractor availability are all factors that impact the installation timeline.

Can I put a pool in my yard if it isn’t flat?

Yes. Pools can be built on nearly any type of terrain. In a lot of cases, earth can be moved in a way that builds up the low side, while cutting into the high side. However, this may not be feasible everywhere. Some yards will require some type of retaining wall to ensure the pool and patio do not settle or wash away in time. This is something we will discuss with you at our initial site visit.
