Like most, I interviewed multiple pool builders for our project. Our site had some concerns (high water table & rocky in Belchertown) and after speaking to Kevin and Casey at Beyond Pools I felt confident moving forward. I never felt like I was being sold to, or pushed in a direction of a certain design. I had a budget I wanted to maintain and Casey showed me options to get there and we ended up with everything we wanted. (They actually came in under budget)Ashley ran the project in the field and was knowledgeable and efficient. The build went smoothly and all of the subcontractors were great, cleaned up after themselves and were respectful to my neighbors.Kevin and Casey answered their phones whenever I called, which to me is huge to me. Casey made herself available to answer all of my 100 questions before and during the project.They actually were able to start earlier than expected and finished on time. I am looking forward to them opening the pool in the Spring! Beyond Pools did a great job, was communitive and honest. I highly recommend them!

When we decided to put in an in-ground pool, we met with 4 companies, and Beyond Pools was the company we decided to go with - and right from the initial meeting, we knew we had made the right decision. Kevin and his team were professional, fast, and very thorough. Kevin and Casey were available to answer any and all questions and Ashley and Chris were so amazing at their job. They are certainly an asset to the company. We had zero worries or concerns about any and all aspects, from liner choices, concrete contractor, and the electrician. We felt very confident with Kevin and his crew the entire time. Beyond Pools will definitely be getting referrals from me the next time a friend or family member needs anything pool related! Great job all around! We love our new backyard! Thank you!!

Kevin and his team were phenomenal. They kept us informed every step of the way and walked us through everything from the excavation to how to vacuum it when it was complete. Highly recommended. Not just another pool install. A must use for the personal and professional experience.

Kevin, Casey and their team responded to my request immediately and did an awesome job replacing my in-ground liner. It’s beautiful! They were reasonably priced and very professional and quick. Highly recommend this company!
